22, no money and a pandemic.
I started The Gallery Real Estate in 2020. I was 22, COVID had just hit and I had no money behind me. I drove Uber on the side to keep the lights on while I built it.
I rebuilt the agency around one discipline, property management, so no sales campaign would ever compete with an owner's investment for our attention. Today we look after over $600 million in property for our owners.
Running the business meant working on the systems behind it, so I started putting AI to work inside the agency. That became The Gallery AI and my work with Sidekick, helping other businesses do the same.
These days I get to work with people I used to look up to, from industry leaders to the tech companies shaping property. It's a long way from the Uber days.
